HASILUX: New Online Platform Makes Information on Autism and School Inclusion Accessible in Luxembourg
Luxembourg, January 15, 2025 – With the launch of HASILUX (www.hasilux.lu), an innovative online platform is now available that comprehensively addresses autism and educational inclusion in Luxembourg. Supported by the Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, this initiative brings together all relevant information and resources in one central location for the first time.
“With HASILUX, we are creating a central resource that makes access to important information easier for everyone involved,” explain project leaders Joanne Theisen and Gérard Kieffer from the non-profit organization Crunch Box a.s.b.l. “Our goal is to support educational inclusion for autistic people in Luxembourg through better networking and information exchange.”
Comprehensive Resources in Three Languages
The platform offers:
- Over 60 articles on autism and education
- Authentic testimonials from those affected and their families
- Practical advice from professionals
- A growing directory of support services
- A detailed FAQ section (under development)
The content is created by a multidisciplinary team of professionals, teachers, educators, psychological professionals, and autistic people, and is available in German, French, and English.
Working Together for Greater Inclusion
HASILUX is designed for:
- Autistic pupils and students
- Parents and families
- Teachers and educational professionals
- Psychological and psychiatric professionals
- Educational and social sector staff
The project continuously expands its network and invites interested professionals to participate through contributions, testing, or public relations work. Regular online information sessions offer opportunities to learn about the project and discuss possibilities for cooperation.

Luxembourg, 15 janvier 2025 – Avec le lancement de HASILUX (www.hasilux.lu), une plateforme en ligne innovante est désormais disponible, traitant de manière complète l’autisme et l’inclusion scolaire au Luxembourg. Soutenue par l’Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, cette initiative rassemble pour la première fois toutes les informations et ressources pertinentes en un lieu central.
« Avec HASILUX, nous créons un point de contact central qui facilite l’accès aux informations importantes pour toutes les personnes concernées », expliquent les responsables du projet Joanne Theisen et Gérard Kieffer de l’organisation à but non lucratif Crunch Box a.s.b.l. « Notre objectif est de soutenir l’inclusion scolaire des personnes autistes au Luxembourg grâce à un meilleur réseautage et à l’échange d’informations. »
Des ressources complètes en trois langues
La plateforme propose :
- Plus de 60 articles sur l’autisme et l’éducation
- Des témoignages authentiques de personnes concernées et de leurs proches
- Des conseils pratiques de professionnels
- Un répertoire croissant de points de contact
- Une section FAQ détaillée (en cours de développement)
Le contenu est créé par une équipe multidisciplinaire de professionnels, enseignant·es, éducateurs·trices, professionnels de la psychologie et personnes autistes, et est disponible en allemand, français et anglais.

Des séances d’information en ligne régulières offrent l’opportunité de découvrir le projet et de discuter des possibilités de coopération.

HASILUX: Neue Online-Plattform macht Informationen zu Autismus und Schulinklusion in Luxemburg zugänglich
Luxemburg, 15. Januar 2025 – Mit dem Start von HASILUX (www.hasilux.lu) steht ab sofort eine innovative Online-Plattform zur Verfügung, die das Thema Autismus und schulische Inklusion in Luxemburg umfassend behandelt. Die von der Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte geförderte Initiative bündelt erstmals alle relevanten Informationen und Ressourcen an einem zentralen Ort.
“Mit HASILUX schaffen wir eine zentrale Anlaufstelle, die allen Beteiligten den Zugang zu wichtigen Informationen erleichtert”, erklären die Projektleitenden Joanne Theisen und Gérard Kieffer von der gemeinnützigen Organisation Crunch Box a.s.b.l. “Unser Ziel ist es, durch bessere Vernetzung und Informationsaustausch die schulische Inklusion für autistische Menschen in Luxemburg zu unterstützen.”
Umfassende Ressourcen in drei Sprachen
Die Plattform bietet:
- Bereits über 60 Artikel zu Autismus und Bildung
- Authentische Erfahrungsberichte von Betroffenen und Angehörigen
- Praktische Ratschläge von Fachpersonen
- Ein wachsendes Verzeichnis von Anlaufstellen
- Eine ausführliche FAQ-Sektion (wird aufgebaut)
Die Inhalte werden von einem multidisziplinären Team aus Fachpersonen, Lehrenden, Erziehenden, psychologischen Fachkräften und autistischen Menschen erstellt und stehen in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch zur Verfügung.

HASILUX richtet sich an:
- Autistische Schüler*innen sowie Studierende
- Eltern und Familien
- Lehrende und pädagogische Fachkräfte
- Psychologische und psychiatrische Fachkräfte

Das Projekt baut kontinuierlich sein Netzwerk aus und lädt interessierte Fachpersonen ein, sich durch Beiträge, Tests oder Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zu beteiligen. Regelmäßige Online-Informationsveranstaltungen bieten die Möglichkeit, das Projekt kennenzulernen und Kooperationsmöglichkeiten zu besprechen.
